Welcome to CineTalk. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any point, we ask that you don't use the service.

1. What CineTalk is

CineTalk is a social platform to discover, organize, rate and comment on anime, series and movies, and to interact with other users. Features may change, grow or be discontinued over time.

2. Account and access

• Access is via social login (OAuth) through third-party providers. By signing in, you authorize CineTalk to receive basic profile data such as your name, email and photo.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out on it.
• You must meet the minimum age required by your country's law to create an account.

3. User content

• You are solely responsible for the content you post (comments, lists, ratings and other interactions).
• By posting, you grant CineTalk a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform, for the purpose of operating it.
• You retain ownership of the content you create.

4. Conduct

When using CineTalk, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, discriminatory or hateful content, or content that violates third-party rights;
• Engage in spam, harassment, fraud or attempts to compromise the platform's security;
• Post spoilers deliberately and abusively outside the appropriate spaces;
• Use the platform to distribute copyrighted content without authorization.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party content

Information about titles (covers, synopses, cast, dates) may come from third-party databases and belongs to their respective rights holders. CineTalk does not host or reproduce the audiovisual works themselves.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors or complete accuracy of the information.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be flagged on the platform. Continued use after an update means you agree to the new version.
